Please note that all first appointments are considered consultations. Subsequent appointments will be made during the consultation.

The consultation will cover the following:

1. Discuss if you have or need legal counsel.

2. Discuss the type of evaluation you need (i.e., VAWA cases and hardship waivers).

3. Discuss the process of a psychological evaluation.

4. Discuss payment options.

5. Sign consent forms and other onboarding documents.

6. Consultations are 30 minutes ($100); payments are due at the time of the session.
